Pregnancy is a precious time in a woman’s life, but filled with so much change it may also be overwhelming and stressful. It’s important during this journey that you are able to find comfort and time to relax and tune in to what’s happening in your body.
Yoga and massage can be hugely beneficial both during pregnancy and post-partum. As well as offering physical relief of aches and discomfort, they both offer space and time for you to switch off, breathe and gain physical and emotional strength.
